By signing below, I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Camellia City Carnival Club Code of Conduct policy, available at https://linktr.ee/kreweoftitans and agree to the terms set forth therein. I understand and agree to abide by the organization’s Rules, Regulations, and By-Laws as established by the CCCC Board.

I acknowledge the conditions of membership and participation and agree to comply with all policies governing conduct, safety, and participation in the Titans Parade. I further agree to adhere to the City of Slidell Parade Ordinances, available for my review at https://linktr.ee/kreweoftitans. I understand that any violation of these ordinances may result in personal liability for any fines imposed by the city and may forfeit my ability to participate in future parades.

I also acknowledge that dues are non-refundable under any circumstances, as CCCC remains responsible for parade expenses even if the parade is canceled. The City of Slidell has the final decision on weather-related cancellations. If the City, Parish, Police Department, or Club cancels due to weather, public safety concerns, unforeseen circumstances, or financial difficulties, all contractual obligations remain in effect. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to health, scheduling conflicts, relocation, personal emergencies, or changes in participation status.

Additionally, I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Camellia City Carnival Club, Inc., its riders, directors, and officers from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses arising from my participation in the Club or its events, regardless of the cause.
